Aspire Globally has been asked to identify a truly world class Hotelier operator to take on the position of Hotel Manager for this luxury 6* Mega Sailing Yacht who can act as the General Manager when the GM is on vacation and oversees all day to day operations and Food & Beverage Director when the GM is on-board. 2 months overseeing operations and 2 months as General Manager rotating
Able to lead a team of Housekeepers, Food Service operatives and Luxury Yacht crew, managing a staffing who rotate on and off and maintaining the highest standards.

Preferred background experience
Seeking a seasoned high end hotelier, to lead a world class team with “a no ego” but calming personality ideally from a modern background such as the One&Only, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Claridge’s, Four Seasons Six Senses or Anantara with more than 2 years working as a Hotel Manager or General Manager. Background in operations, Food & Beverage management.
Immaculately presented, this role is more about the way you are as a person, a way of being, a way of speaking, walking, deportment, etiquette and mannerisms. Personal Attributes and Skills
Born and educated in Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand or Canada. Male or female, full of energy and life well presented and well spoken, with a full command of fluent English and other languages advantageous, gifted with a true passion for delivering luxury service
Able to work 4 months on and 2 month off (120 days off per year no time off on board)
Time off is dependent on the owners itinerary and can never promise.
2 returns complimentary flights are offered per year.
Sleep Arrangements normally shared cabins with excellent quality Meals. No prima donna’s.
None Smokers, no tattoos, fit, healthy, well presented. High grooming, high standards. Medical checks would be required before commencing.

To lead an international team of 80 people to oversee no more than 24 Owner /Guests

Able to manage Finance and scheduling will a degree of learning the logistics and a flexible mindset is necessary.
Exceptional understanding of health and Safety, Fire, Risk Assessment, Food Safety, Food Handling Procedures.

To lead by example, to be inspiring and motivational, understanding when to praising, when to coach, when to guide and when to enhance day to day standards without micro management.
