Zleep Hotels is our newest brand that aims to be the best hotel for the widest possible target group. Our Danish roots are reflected in our Scandinavian profile, which meets our guests' expectations in terms of quality, service and design. Zleep Hotels is growing rapidly in Europe and looking for an experienced and passionate Hotelier to run our brand new Zleep Hotel Prague.

The hotel is located ony a few kilometers from the city centre and the most important sights as well from the airport. With 166 rooms and a snackbar the hotel is the perfect place for business trips as well as for short vacations and city-trips.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and define the new project already from the pre-opening phase starting in June 2023. Reporting directly to the Senior Director Operations and interfacing with the corporate office, you will be main responsible for planning and implementing all essential tasks and activities of the hotel-business, ensuring a perfect functioning operational flow and for leading a motivated team. Ihre Aufgaben
Your Tasks

  • Preparation and implementation of a successful pre-opening phase according to the Zleep Hotels standards
  • Management of the hotel with responsibility for all operating activities
  • Responsible for managing, developing and motivating employees and apprentices acting as an inspiration guide and living a hands-on mentality
  • Pursuing and fulfilment of the Company's goals and commercial targets
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Continuous development of the Company's assets to match the market's expectations
  • Regular control and compliance with the given standards as well as adherence to the purchasing guidelines
  • Regular control and compliance with quality and safety standards as well as with all relevant labour norms and company's regulations
  • Networking: managing contacts with guests, providers and institutions
  • Coordination of comprehensive activities, efficient teamwork and projects
Ihr Profil
Our Requirements
  • Training in the hotel industry and ideally a degree in management
  • Experience with pre-openings preferred
  • Knowledge of the local market and the Swiss law
  • Team player, "WE" instead of "I" thinker
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can keep many balls in the air
  • Be always on the pulse of the market
  • Flexible, motivated, cheerful and in a good mood
  • Driver, who goes ahead
  • Co-creator, "hands-on"
  • Networker
  • Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken). Additional knowledge of German or other languages preferred
