Job Title: Hotel General Manager
Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 per year + bonus
Location: Munich, Germany

This is trendy, cool and fast-growing aparthotel group is looking for a Hotel Manager for their property in Munich! They have multiple F&B outlets and +300 rooms. Unique and forward-thinking is how we can describe them; definitely something you don´t see often in Munich!

The role:

• Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
• Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
• Hiring the best staff for your hotel
• Stakeholder management
• Good a setting up KPI´s and action plans to reach them
• Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
• Working closely with the Vice President of Operations
• Analysing and responding to guest feedback
• Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning

The ideal candidate:

• Graduated from a Hospitality Management studies
• Several years of experience in an operational management function within the hotel industry
• Previous experience as Hotel Manager in a lifestyle hotel
• Knowledge of F&B operations and Revenue Management
• A real team player with positive vibes!
• Fluent command of English and German
