SWOT Hospitality is looking for a Hostess with the warmest smile and can-do attitude to join our dynamic team in Antalya, Turkey Rixos The land of Legends.

To be successful in this role you must be a people person, presentable & trendy, energetic, and most important have a passion for hospitality not only to serve our guests but to create a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

·Welcoming and greeting guests with the warmest smile as they enter the restaurant.

·Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions while seating them to their tables.

·Managing the reservations system.

·Engaging with the guests and ensuring they are having a wonderful dining experience.

·Responding to guests queries via telephone, email, or any social media platform.

Qualifications:

·Confident with knowledge and passionate in what they do.

·Experience in the same role is an advantage

·Can-Do attitude

·Presentable and Trendy

·Energetic, naturally warm, and joyous

·Respectful, pleasant approach to colleagues, employer, and guests
