Head Sommelier

We are currently looking for our nextHead Sommelier to come and join our Award Winning fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

You must have a real passion for wine, be proactive, team player, be enthusiastic and motivated as well as have extended knowledge to help customers with their selection alongside highly skilled and experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

-WSET Level 3 and 4 or similar (Ais level 3 – court of master sommelier advanced)

-3+ years working in similar role

-English - Excellent oral and written communication skills.

-Additional languages are an advantage. Italian particularly.

-Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions

-Should be attentive, keen to engage with customers & immaculately presented at all times.

-Flexible and able to adapt to different situations.

-Management skills

-Able to coach, teach and implement learning tools.

-Able to delegate tasks and direct your team.
