HEAD OF MARKETING – UAE!

Very exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join this very quality driven retailer!

This role is a combination of an analyst, strategist and manager, as you would create and implement strategies, tactics, highly effective marketing campaigns and brand messaging. You will plan, design and implement marketing strategies in line with market changes to keep ahead of the curve. Understanding of ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, campaign execution and staff management is a prerequisite of this role.

Key Skills, experience & attributes required for this role:

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of applicable experience of managing multiple venues, ideally in marketing FMCG / Food Retail / Supermarkets is desirable
• Dynamic, creative, solution-orientated and results driven individual Strong understanding and proven track record leading Marketing campaigns
• Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
• Broad Marketing experience including team management, brand management and creative direction
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Highly organized and can work under strict deadlines
• Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design is important.
• Able to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors and clients. They can transition seamlessly among projects of varying scale, audience, format and distribution channel
• Management of digital and performance marketing are essential. Knowledge of online technology and implementation with interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook, Tiktok and

Twitter, Instagram, and Wordpress etc. Salary package: AED35-40k pm plus standard benefits

Salary Package Offered: AED40-45k pm negotiable plus standard benefits
