We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent!

Your Role:

  • Act as a warm welcome and information source to arrivals, departures and all visitors and guests within the resort grounds
  • Be the main point of contact for all in-person and phone questions of resort guests and visitors
  • Connect with guests in an welcoming manner by using eye contact, meaningful language and appropriate actions - Be Ahead of the Guests and anticipate needs
  • Check guests in courteously, ensuring proper payment is recei ved, lead in guest settlement, ensure information is established efficiently
  • Cultivate the relationship with visitors and guests over the duration of their stay by making meaningful connections
  • Ensure that special requests are noted and fulfilled, working in collaboration with other departments (Housekeeping, FOH, BOH)
  • Maintain and balance accurately a house bank; assist with petty cash processing
  • Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
  • Author and complete shift report accurately and consistently, along with communication email cross departmentally
  • Lead in the resolution of in the moment issues and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
  • Multi-task duties calmly in the presence of guests
  • Available to provide backup to Concierge, Houseperson, Bellman, and Valet team members
  • Flex to hours and schedules to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Be knowledgeable of, and proactively promote resort programs, specials, and events
  • Be knowledgeable of all local offerings events and specials so as to align with Concierge and provide information to guests
  • Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies and be a point of contact if an event occurs
  • Be knowledgeable of all guest injury procedures and be a point of contact if an event were to occur
  • Frequently collaborate with all resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
  • Warmly engage with our guests upon check out (leaving)to ensure that that are satisfied with their service and assist in recovery efforts when needed
  • During down time, assist the reservations department with taking guest reservations in a professional manner or after reservation hours
  • Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information


What are we looking for?

  • Pleasant and helpful personality
  • Multitask calmly in a guest facing environment
  • Capable of high levels of guest interactions/contact
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Accurate written/typing skills
  • Computer literate. OPERA system experience is a plus
  • At least two years' experience in a service industry with direct contact with the public, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to collaborate within an active team environment is a must
  • Must be able to lift 60 lbs. or more
  • Must be able to work a full shift standing.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, reach and carry frequently
  • Must have aflexible schedule including availability onweekends and holidays
