GUEST RELATION OFFICER - Russian Speaking (Female Only)

Job Summary

To take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by turning their moments into memories and ensuring that they have an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • College degree in hotel management or related field
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a hotel/resort
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Front Office Systems (Opera).
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Russian language skills are a must.
