As Service Leader - F&B Guest Relations Executive, we rely on you to:
- Interact and engage with guests and maintains high quality service standards
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Make sure that the guest is greeted and served promptly
- Engage in suggestive selling
- Presents the guest's bill when necessary
- Updates profiles for guest in the system
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service technique
- Loves interacting with guests
- Believes in teamwork
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Preferably has experience working in either a Bar, Lounge and Club Operation in a 5* hotel industry
- A self-starter and a team player
- Enjoys being challenged
