As Service Leader - F&B Guest Relations Executive, we rely on you to:

  • Interact and engage with guests and maintains high quality service standards
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Make sure that the guest is greeted and served promptly
  • Engage in suggestive selling
  • Presents the guest's bill when necessary
  • Updates profiles for guest in the system

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service technique 
  • Loves interacting with guests 
  • Believes in teamwork 
  • Communicates with fluency in English
  • Preferably has experience working in either a Bar, Lounge and Club Operation in a 5* hotel industry 
  • A self-starter and a team player 
  • Enjoys being challenged
