Group Sales Manager (m/f)
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
We are looking for an energetic, pro-active Sales Manager to join our Group Sales Team. With your strategic way of thinking you operate innovatively on the international market in regards to the group sales and strive for new business oportunities. You plan your sales trips and visit tradeshows to build strong relationships with our customers and create new leads for Vienna's largest luxury hotel.

You work with the Director of Groups to create and implement a sales strategy plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment. With your open-minded and outgoing personality you genuinely care for your clients on property.

As a Group Sales Manager, you have the great opportunity to inspire our national and international customers for The Ritz-Carlton with your passion, your enthusiasm and your positive appearance.
Was wir Ihnen bieten:
The intended salary for this position is EUR 2500 pre-tax (paid in 14 installments) and sales incentives are provided.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality, especially within the group sales
  • Fluent in English (German and every other language are advantageous)
  • A valid working permission for Austria is required
  • Desire to travel on sales trips
  • Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times
  • High organizational and rhetoric skills
  • Sincere care for our clients and their requests
  • A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
  • OPERA skills are advantageous
