Graphic Designer

Job Brief

Designing all marketing collateral of the hotel and restaurants by creating visually appealing images & videos reflecting the hotels style, services and products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint - including thorough knowledge of using themes and master slides, working with charts and graphs and typography
• Create visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing visual images and copy that is reflective of the hotels style and is in keeping with Constance Ephelia Seychelles brand standards and advertising guidelines.
• Create marketing collateral which gives tangible clues as to the intangible services and products of the hotel, through visual images and copy.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Manage a library of PowerPoint creative materials
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel data to create visually engaging charts and infographics
• A natural eye for multimedia design - layout, style, colour selection, motion, graphics, audio
• Almost compulsive attention to detail - from pixel-perfect positioning to spelling & grammar
• Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.
• Experience in handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Develop time-critical, and highly complex client PowerPoint presentations and proposals for the business development team.
• Develop the design aspect of all presentations, and proposals, storyboards, in full compliance with the brand guidelines
• Present innovative, creative visuals for print and social media
• Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, monetization and operation
• Create visual identities for products and services

• 3-5 years of work experience in high-end graphic design work within a creative environment.
• Ideal proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
• Technically skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere systems.
• Thinking Creatively -- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel data to create visually engaging charts and infographics
• Knowledge of printers and print solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Excel, Blender 3D Graphic Software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong, clear and well-articulated.
