Unit Description:
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a GM/Chef Manager to join our team at one of accounts in Andover MA!. The food operation consists of 1 corporate cafe, catering operations, and micro-market.
The GM/Chef Manager will be the General Manager and the Chef for the operation. This role is a 70/30 split with 70% of the role focused on culinary and 30% GM/Admin responsibility. This is a hands on role, duties of the GM/Chef Manager include but not limited to:
This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F schedule of 6am to 3pm with very few evenings. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefitsbeginningdate of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
Position Summary:Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
