Sodexo is seeking a culinary leader as General Manager/Chef at this new account. As the General Manager/Chef you will have the opportunity to lead a small team of dining and catering professionals that serve faculty, staff, students, and local community. Bring your expertise and knowledge in culinary and dining operations to create sustainable, seasonal and healthy meals, snacks and beverages.

Sodexo offers extensive Onboarding training. Within the first month after hire, all newly hired managers will be scheduled to travel to participate in a two-week training at a nearby Sodexo Center for Excellence. Through this comprehensive onboarding model, managers will be equipped to execute their positions at the highest level, train and lead their teams to do the same, and build a culture of excellence in their respective units.
Position Summary:Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
