General Manager -Luxury Restaurant, London, up to £100,00

We are looking for a General Manager for this fantastic new restaurant/bar and events space with will be due to open in 2023, they are looking to bring in the General Manager, to help build the team. This is the first of a few ventures in London, one not to be missed, high end luxury venue, across a couple of floors, this will be a one-of-a kind business in London

The role will require,

• Hands on and focus on the operation of this established neighbourhood restaurant/bar/events space with a turnover which should hit about 2.5 million
• Have commercial and guest experience focus mindset, lead from the front to build you team
• Look after a FOH team of 40 plus 3 managers, the work with the Head Chef
• Be an instrumental and key figure in the business

To apply YOU MUST:

• Come from a reputable quality restaurant & bar background – London experience is needed
• MUST have luxury on the cv to apply
• Attention to detail, standards and presentation skills
• Having worked in a similar turnover restaurant business – dealt with a new opening is a big bonus
• Commercially focused and responsible for driving revenue increasing profit for the business
