Restaurant General Manager, Japanese Restaurant, Luxury Hotel, Singapore

Salary up to SGD 6,800 (USD 5,050) per month

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to run the hotels Japanese restaurant.

Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager:

  • Report to the Food and Beverage Director
  • Manage day-to-day operations and mentor the team
  • Ensuring all aspects of the restaurant services are maintained and surpassed
  • Monitor the sales and expenses
  • Constantly improve the guest experience

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least two years of experience as a Restaurant manager or four as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • You will need to be fluent in Japanese
  • Have expertise in Standalone Destination Restaurants or luxury hotels
  • Have fine-dining experience
  • Have excellent communication and Leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
