Front Office Supervisor (Valet Operations)

To greet and assist each guest arriving at the main entrance using automobile and ensure utmost courtesy and friendliness.


  • Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including all departments, services, outlets and Dubai

  • Always have a smile, with a helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike

  • Check and ensure that all valet attendants follow the appropriate grooming standards at all times

  • Handle guest complaints pertaining valet such as car delays

  • Ensure all valet attendants follow COVID-19 preventative measures such as use of gloves, seat and steering covers

  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times

  • Open car doors for all guests arriving at or leaving from the main entrance

  • Greet the guests before they greet you

  • Escort or always direct guests upon arrival to the reception desk for check-in

  • Actively sell and promote the hotel facilities first, then refer and suggest other hotels, if we cannot meet the guest’s requests

  • Well informed of current in-house functions and events taking place

  • Coordinate and control the traffic in front of the main entrance, while making sure that no unauthorized vehicles are parked

  • Assist valet attendants when necessary with their tasks

  • Assist guests by providing luggage tags, if no Bell/Valet Attendant is available

  • Call for taxis for guests upon request

  • Keep the main entrance door and area clean at all times

  • Communicate closely with the Concierge and ensure to promote Hotel Transportation at all times

  • Take opportunity to promote/sell VIP Parking to all guests

  • Take opportunity to promote/sell car wash to all guests

  • Be aware of the hotel’s fire and emergency procedure

  • To comply with the hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy and maintain high grooming standards

  • Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times

  • Be aware of and follow all relevant SOPs

  • Perform any related duties as requested by the Concierge or Management


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Valet Supervisor or in Operations department

  • Must have a good command of foreign languages such as Hungarian, Polish, Serbian, Russian, Croatian, Romanian, Estonian, Slovak, Czech, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Albanian or Moldovan.

  • Basic hospitality and Guest Services knowledge

  • Valid UAE Driver’s license
