Front Office Shift Leader

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Agent, within an International hotel/resort.
  • Prior experience working with Opera and other related systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
