"Live It. Then Deliver It." You are the role model for your colleagues at the Front Office. Next to this you develop each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring and support them in their professional development. Your target is to maximize the employee productivity but still meet the guest expectations, deal with complaints and prevent them from happening again, optimize the sales at the Front Office and identify improvement areas.

This all is not new to you as you have dealt with this in your current/previous roles and you can fluently communicate in German and English.
