Front Office Manager

As the Front Office Manager you will be taking charge of a department filled with dedicated butlers, Thakuru & Assistant Thakuru team who is committed to deliver luxury service to our guest.

You'll work closely with the management & other departments to develop constantly evolving service goals and enhancing the guest experience.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIRMENT

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion & enjoys guest interaction

Ability to manage budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similar sized property

Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.

Highly organized, energetic and possess the ability to get the job done on timely manner

Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned

Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times

Must be a leader of impeccable service standards and consistent quality.

Excellent in carrying out transformative trainings.

Understand & familiar with the competitive market trends

Demonstrate a friendly, helpful and trustworthy culture

Self-driven, goal-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENT

Degree from a recognized University in Guest Relation Management or Hospitality

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role for an international 5* hotel or Resort

Experience with Butler / Thakuru system

Multiple language speaking ability would be an added advantage

Passionate to work on a remote island


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide an accessible management representative for guests, directing all guest comments and feedback to relevant departments

Create a personal and mature service to guests, pairing them with suitable activities for their particular demographic

Enhance the guest experience by providing a professional and informed contact for the guest to liaise with

Coordinate duties and responsibilities of Supervisors, Thakuru, Butlers, Hostess and Airport Representatives for Huvafen Fushi guests

To plan, direct, control and coordinate the activities of the team and to ensure that the highest standards of Huvafen Fushi facilities and services are established and maintained with expectations and needs met at all times

Communication with all Resort Departments, ensuring the distribution of accurate and timely reports

Holding daily Departmental briefings with all those staff reporting to the position of Front Office Manager

Ensuring company procedures are followed and relevant documentation is completed in relation to no-shows, early departures and requests for refunds

Forward planning and forecasting of future arrivals, focusing on special requests and guest requirements, and ensuring communication to relevant departments as applicable
