We live hotel business with passion and enthusiasm.

The Titanic Chaussee Berlin is the third hotel of the Titanic Group, right in the centre of Berlin. It was built from scratch and is located not far from the main railway station, directly at the underground station "Naturkundemuseum". Bernauer Strasse with the famous Mauerpark in the eastern part of Berlin is in the immediate vicinity.

All 389 rooms including 13 suites are equipped according to the most modern four-star superior category. We welcome our guests there in a design with an oriental touch. The guest's well-being is not only about the appearance, but also seduces him with Mediterranean delicacies, which can be ordered in the hotel's own restaurant. The in-house patisserie and bar round off the culinary well-being.

The highlight of any stay, however, is the breathtaking Wellness & Spa area, which extends over 3000 m2and two floors and is equipped with an authentic hamam, indoor swimming pool and gym.
Your tasks

  • Friendly welcome and farewell to our guests.
  • Competent contact person and patient listener.
  • Handling of the Check In & Check Out
  • Implementation of quality standards at the front office
  • Advising and receiving complaints.
