We are currently looking for Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Bab Al Qasr Hotel, Abu Dhabi.


As a Front Desk Agent you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
  • Perform the check in and check out as per BAQ standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the FD during the shift.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
  • Understands and follows the SOPs at all the time with no fail.
  • Perform the Up-Selling as per the policy to maximize the Rooms’ revenue
  • Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management.


To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, and skills that follow:

  • 1 year experience as Front Desk Agent in 5 star luxury hotels.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively in English, Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
  • Has strong will to work flexible working hours and has the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Has knowledge of Property Management System operations such as Opera
