Food & Beverage - Tableside Guacamole Specialist (Antojitos)

JOB SUMMARY: Prepare guacamole tableside and engage in conversation with guests and team members while providing excellent guest service as well as following the steps of service. Prepare and maintain all ingredients needed to prepare the guacamole.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares guacamole will all the ingredients such as slicing avocados, dicing tomatoes, dicing red onions, mincing olives, mincing garlic, chopping jalapenos and cilantro following food service safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Responding timely to order tickets throughout the shift. Reading and understanding where you should arrive with the guacamole cart.
• Must engage and display hospitable characteristics providing guest service, while following the guacamole steps of service and recipe.
• Setting up and appropriately maintaining the ingredients and supplies of the guacamole carts needed to prepare guacamole to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of your cart and prepping area following HACCP procedures.
• Helping the team in other areas of the venue to maintain a successful shift such as running food, bussing tables and assisting servers and bartenders.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 Years: experience within the food service industry, theme park industry preferred;
• or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Must be able to follow a recipe as-well as steps of service.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Food Handler's Certificate.
