We are looking for a strong, dynamic and versatile F&B Operations manager to strategically lead all the outlets, teams and provide optimum level of guest experience as promised by Sofitel.

• Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
• Strategize on new products and service offerings
• Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
• Manage all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage Department
• Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as stocksand ordering
• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a five-star hotel in a similar capacity
