As the F&B Business Leader you are responsible for our Food & beverage operations. Naturally you are an excellent ambassador yourself, enthusiastic, optimistic and treating everyone with respect. You work together with your team guiding, coaching, and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service, while optimizing revenue opportunities and controlling costs; while delivering the best possible guest experience.

What will I be doing?...

  • Hire, train, manage, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel all food and beverage management team members according to company policies and procedures
  • Assures that all relevant Brand Standards are in place and followed through consistently by all associates, reviews and measures regularly, comes up with innovation ideas to improve brand standards and shares it with UPSIDE team.
  • Oversees the function of all Food and Beverage team members, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
  • Monitor, analyze, and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved.
  • Designing and implementing new department operating policies and procedures as required.
  • Prepares all F&B budgets and forecasts, adjusts to varying business cycles and assures maximum revenues to profit.
  • Establishes monthly inventory processes for all F&B china – glass – linen – flatware utensils and equipment and puts processes in place to reduce loss
  • Drives all company and legal legislation related sustainability processes in his/her area of responsibility and assists in community events

  • Having at least 3 years’ experience as a F&B Manager in 4* or 5* hotel operation or casual restaurants
  • Passionate for new trends and relate this to practical business application
  • Proactive and reactive to anticipate to sudden changes.
  • Able to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and analysis of issues and trends, to develop and apply appropriate strategies.
