A really exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager in Qatar

The role:

• As F&B Manager you will organise, manage and control alll front of house F&B operations as per established strategy and business plan for the finacial year
• Be responsible to provide oversight and coordination for associated F&B businesses and drive business analytics
• Develop and implement sales date management system, day-to-day management of multiple outlets
• Implement and maintain all F&B operational policies and procedures
• Train and develop other employees and Qatari staff

The Candidate:

• Ability to manage a diverse and innovate brand mix in a fast-paced environment.
• Progressive growth in guest satisfaction, team engagement and financial results.
• Working knowledge of multi-currency management and decision making and problem-solving ability
• Relevant College or University qualification to min bachelor’s level
• Qualifications in both food preparation and service such as City & Guilds (or equivalent) – Food and Beverage Service
• HACCP Certified.
  • Currently Food and Beverage Manager within a similar culture within a hotel or Shopping complex
