WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN FLOOR MANAGER

OVERVIEW

Under the guidance of Food and Beverage Director, maximize guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability by managing the restaurant and its staff. All work is carried out in line with the Club guidelines.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations of floor for efficient operations.
  • Plan and assign daily workloads to floor staff.
  • Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
  • Establish operational strategies to meet quality and members expectations.
  • Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
  • Obtain members feedback's and recommend necessary operational changes.
  • Interview and hire staff for outlet operations.
  • Schedule orientations and job training's to outlet staff.
  • Organize regular meetings to discuss about issues and updates.
  • Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize special events and entertainments to attract more members.
  • Address members queries courteously and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
  • Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports

MANAGE FLOOR STAFF
  • Manages all service staff and supervisors
  • Utilizes leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
  • Challenges employees to achieve optimum revenue and service per employee
  • Monitors department’s overall service, interaction with other departments and team work daily and takes action to improve

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* establishment for at least 2-3 years
  • High level of professionalism in both attitude and appearance
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Strong administrative skills, timely project completion, record keeping, monthly reporting, time management and organizational skills
  • A team player attitude and ability to work within a cohesive team is required
