Job Title: Accounting Manager
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per year + great perks
Location: Bad Gastein, Austria

One of the coolest brands in the Hospitality industry is on the lookout for a Accounting Manager to take care of their first hotel operations in Austria (1 hotel). They not only provide their guest with beautiful venues to stay in while traveling or working but also create unique activities to explore the local area. Definitely a refreshing brand!

What are we looking for?

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven analytical skills using common financial software tools (like Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong report-writing skills, and a great eye for detail
• This is a stand-alone role so we looking for someone autonomous and self-starter.
• Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of budgeting, forecasting, and dealing with external audits, and tax authorities
• Prepare VAT returns (quarterly)
• Reporting to the General Manager and Finance Director Europe
• Identifyingfinancial risks and providing potential solutions to them
• Taking care of the Country’sprofit and loss reports
• Preparing bank reconciliation and cash management control
• Overseeing the daily accounting operations
• Monitoring financial targets and implementing measures to reach them accordingly
• Participating in business improvement and process improvement projects
