In 2019, a Berlin based hospitality brand partneredwith the internationally renowned gastronomy virtuoso Frederik Bille Brahe and his business partner Tue Byskov Bøtkjær to realize the common vision of a craft bakery in Berlin offering the best bread in the region with locally sourced ingredients and using raw materials. More than a bakery, we aim to create a hub for our community and become a trusted business partner for selected gastronomies. The concept will be the basis for our future gastronomic initiatives in the city.
The bakery is currently under refurbishment and is planned to open in October 2020. It will operate from 7 AM to 7 PM - nightly hours are not expected. We have now started to recruit. At the time being we are searching for a Store Manager (m/f/d).

We are looking for a store manager with service experience in the gastronomy and or bakery. The area of responsibility includes guest experience, human resources and controlling.
We have hand sales, 20 seats in the bakery and 15 seats on the terrace.
We are looking for an authentic, honest and charming manager who is interested in opening and establishing our new modern bakery in Berlin Mitte.
You'll be working with our master baker and a very skilled baker from San Francisco who has 10 years of experience from bakeries such as Tartine, the mill and Mirabelle Bakery.
