F&B Supervisor

Crawford & Carruthers is searching for an F&B Supervisor/Team Leader at a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in European 5 star luxury properties.

2. Proficiency in working with MS office – word, excel, outlook.

3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B Service: high standard Restaurant or Room Service 5-star Hotel.

4. Ability to speak English Fluently

5. Experience in and focused on the client faced service side of the role.

6. Understanding of Operations and able to do efficient business planning and supervise operations.

7. Driven for results and adaptable to a high-paced, changing environment.

8. Extremely customer focused.

Job Functions

1. Service guests to the highest of standards.

2. Oversee tasks related to F&B Service, including mise-en-place, table set-ups, service, etc. with the aim to total guest satisfaction.

3. Achieve total Guest Satisfaction & organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.

4. Update owner preferences and report these directly to other F&B Managers & Supervisors.

5. Follow owner needs to total satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.

6. Acquire in-depth knowledge of food & beverage menu.

7. Performs duties with a sense of priority & dedication, in a calm, discrete & courteous manner, respecting timing standards.

8. Ensure a clean dining area, reception rooms, and cleanliness of the work environment.

9. Takes notes of all information, updates & instructions. Give proper handover to Supervisors during shift changes.

10. Maintain effective communication with all F&B departments;

11. Ensure F&B departments are aware of and prepared for guests requests & preferences;

12. Ensure F&B team on duty are fully conversant with the day’s operations, responsibilities and tasks.
