F&B Sales Manager

You are responsible for contributing to the operational and financial aspects of the restaurant operation. You have to ensure all restaurant occupancy is incrementing based on the proactive actions set and confirmed by the HM F&B.

Knowledge of the market knowing and understanding business needs, therefore have target action for business units around the hotel premises for lunch activations and ensure bring occupancy and average spent with strategies that entice company to book larger groups in restaurants.

Tailor make action plan for each F&B outlets in Fairmont and Raffles, pushing S&M Digital and guests interaction with strong personality and refine approach

You have to be supportive organized, people person, driven and with consistent in delivering results based on KPI and sales target. It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of all F&B sales with pro-active, creative and results driven.

  • Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an Emergency
