What We Are Looking for in the Executive Sous Chef

The successful Executive Sous Chef, will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Good organization skills and the ability to work in a very busy, standards driven environment
  • Calm, mature outlook
  • Exceptional Kitchen leadership skills – 26 staff
  • Drive, determination, and the conviction to instill confidence in your team of dedicated professionals
  • Fluent English essential
