Guest Service Agent

Meeru Island Resort & Spa is looking for dynamic individuals who are highly motivated and have the passion for hospitality service to join our team as Guest Service Agent.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferably in Front Office / Guest Services
  • Educational background in hospitality and tourism
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, plus any other major European language (Spanish, Italian, French etc..)
  • Previous resort or remote location experience will be beneficial, however is not mandatory
  • Computer literate with MS Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (Opera) is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal relations
  • Outgoing, friendly and has a cheerful personality
