The role entails full management of all culinary outlets, both for guests & crew, by establishing and communicating goals & objectives as per company standards to all colleagues & subordinates – Guaranteeing satisfaction scores.
Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in Hotel management OR Culinary Art or a related field from an accredited university or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef on a large cruise ship or multi-venue, high volume, luxury hotel or resort is mandatory
Advanced knowledge of Classical European & International Cuisine, including cooking philosophies & principles
Must have strong and effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead a culturally diverse and dynamic working environment of 5+ Sous Chefs and over 75+ high-performing culinary staff
