Executive Pastry Chef, Lifestyle Hotel, City of London

Salary up to £80,000

Our client is a lifestyle hotel with a destination afternoon tea offering and a destination restaurant.

Things you will be doing as Exec Pastry Chef:

• Reports to the Hotels Exec Chef
• Day-to-day management of the pastry operation
• Develop and manage the team
• Effective management of all food operations
• Strong understanding of creating world-class afternoon tea concepts
• Deliver the brand standards
• This is a hands-on role within the operation

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have at least five years' experience as an Exec Pastry Chef in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
• An international background is preferred.
• Have a strong background in award-winning cuisine
• Will have a background working with European and South East Asian Cuisine
• Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Are able to adapt their approach and style depending on whom they are liaising with
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
