Pre-Opening Executive Chef, Luxury Lifestyle Hotel, Singapore

Salary up to SGD 12,000 per month

We are looking for an Executive Chef with extensive Spanish/Peruvian cuisine experience to join the pre-opening team and run the kitchen operation.

Things you will be doing as an Executive Chef:

  • Reports to the Food & Beverage Director
  • Responsible for running, overseeing, and setting up the culinary operation, including the recruitment of the pre-opening team
  • Develop and grow the team through leadership and coaching
  • Responsible for all culinary activities in all restaurants, bars, and events
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Continually review and refresh menu offerings
  • Create, review, and refresh new product offerings through an innovative, passionate, hands-on approach
  • Cost control, monitoring performance across all departments
  • Regular hygiene audits

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong experience in Spanish/Peruvian Cuisine
  • Experience in the Five-Star Hotel
  • Pre-Opening experience preferred
  • Experience within the Asian market
  • Strong planning skills and focused on revenue generation
  • Team management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
