Executive Chef - Leading Luxury Boutique Hotel, Nigeria
Our client operates one of the premier luxury boutique Hotels in West Africa and is currently looking for a dynamic, young creative Executive Chef to take their culinary product to new levels. The property offers 70 luxury rooms, two F&B outlets including a fine dining restaurant and several meeting rooms with a maximum capacity for 60 guests. The ideal candidate will have the ability and flair to create new and exciting meal experiences combining local cuisine with new world trends – the client wants to move away from the traditional buffet fare so frequently found in the region and offer on trend, edgy cuisine which will be something new and not seen before in this gateway city. The client will also consider a suitably qualified, strong Executive Sous Chef who is looking for their first exciting Executive Chef role.
