Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for a K-12 account in Corpus Christi, TX. The selected candidate will work with our food service director to implement Sodexo programs/systems/procedures. This is a key leadership role in establishing and maintaining an exceptionally high level of culinary standards. He or she will also support catering functions. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that is able to create culinary promotions to further increase student meal purchases. Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.
- Implements & coordinates the culinary function.

- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.

- Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
- Manages food & physical safety programs.
Basic Education Requirement -Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
