Executive Assistant to the General Manager

  • From $10,000 to $12,000 per annum

Candidates must have an excellent track record in the hospitality industry and in this role, he/she is responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, and carry out tasks and requests as instructed. The Personal Assistant works with minimum supervision and handles confidential matters professionally.


  • Discretion and trustworthiness; you will often be party of confidential information
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Possess strong knowledge of how computers work, as well as to have a Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Understanding of the sensitive nature of the functions work and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent administrative skills with the ability to introduce and manage procedures into a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to work effectively to tight timescales and under pressure/stressful situations
  • Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments together
  • Possess strong organizational skills required for achieving efficiency on the job

  • Higher Education or Degree / Diploma in hotel/ hospitality management or similar field will be an asset.
  • Minimum 4 years of secretarial experience with at least 2 years serving the senior management level
