• Perform daily training Tasks assigned by Departmental trainer to be completed.
• Perform preventive maintenance throughout all areas of the hotel, including both front and back of Hotel & Apartment, interior and exterior.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the hotel; replacing fused lamps, bedroom fixtures & fittings, carrying out general repairs & maintaining high standards to decor silicon grouts etc. throughout the hotel & apartments.

Job Requirement:

• ITI/Diploma in Engineering/ Bachelor in Engineering: Certificate Holder.
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
