• Apply standard operating procedures in engineering department as per M&C policy. Ensure that engineering ppm task raised /ppm recorded/ local authorizes related documentation updated.
• Ensure store are keep clean and tidy at all-time requesting of material required to maintain stock level/ receive the materials on time.
• Engineering Storekeeper assists DOE in managing budget capital expenditures preventative maintenance and property operation & energy costs
• He would be accountable for maintaining all the engineering Stores and operations with particular attention towards safety security and asset protection.
• He would receive deliveries store materials properly rotate stock and ensure that all items are maintained to company standards
• He would be tracking communicating all engineering log reports local importation purchasing communicating internal external contractors suppliers amp projects related.

• To monitor and control all fire alarm and fire sighting system of the buildings & maintain FA/FF/emergency system record & AMC related recorded.
• To set and maintain service standards, clearly describes standards, constantly compares performance to standards.
• To control the operation of all system equipment and take appropriate action, whenever necessary.
• To monitor the working condition all fire alarm system and firefighting of the hotel, and updates on latest information from log books and service reports.
• To conduct regular training on fire emergency procedures and be a leader in controlling fire emergency action team.
• To conduct technical job knowledge training, lists training needs on an on-going basis using guest comments, observations, performance appraisals etc.

Job Requirement:

• Male candidate preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the engineering or related professional area
• Very good knowledge of Hotel Engineering Store Products (consumables, equipment, Tools and chemical products)
• Good working knowledge of computers, ability to navigate within variety software packages MS Office and material management systems
• Understanding of inventory and cost management practices
• Knowledge of Stores handling procedures with regard to health and safety standards
• Ability to communicate professionally with other departments, co-workers and suppliers.
