Director of Welcome Office – Qatar

A great opportunity for a Director of Welcome Office to join the team of a much-loved 5* Luxury Hotel in Qatar.

Salary Package – QAR 20200 plus flights, visa & medical

  • You will oversee the full operations of the Front, Guest Services, Switchboard Operations, Bell Staff and guest arrival and departure procedures
  • As a department head, you will direct and work with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures.
  • Someone with great interpersonal skill to lead and mentor the Guest Service Team
  • Is goal-orientated, a strong leader and can analyse information and evaluating results
  • Has great problem-solving skills, able to take initiative and is organized
  • Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in guest services, front desk or related
  • Degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Hospitality/Business Administration
