Director of MarCom and PR

Objective

Create and manage all communications material. Maintain brand voice and brand identity across all platforms. Manage media relations and PR agencies in key markets.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

·Manage the resorts brand and reputation.

·Ensure all outgoing communications are updated and favorable to the resort

·Invite and host media and influencers to the resort in exchange for media coverage

·Develop branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations.

·Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.

·Manage and stir Media Partners and appointed media relations

·Monitor and collect media coverage and clippings

·Develop internal publications such as newsletters, press releases, email announcements

·Lead and organize photo- and video shoots as well as special project with regards to PR/Coms

·Create content for social media, Website and other communication material

·Yearly budgeting and ensure to operate within budget throughout the year

·Develop strategic communications plan and maintain timeline

·Reporting within required timelines
