Director of Sales - Luxury Hotel

Applications invited for the role of Director of Sales for a famous, super luxury Hotel in the GCC / UAE region. This role will suit a DOS with high achievement motivation and experience working in award winning, super luxury Hotels and Resorts hosting the most discerning guests.

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and implementing strategies for maintaining and enhancing market share
• Leading the sales team to achieve KPI goals
• Be the segment leader for leisure markets and partnerships, Virtuoso, Amex FH&R,Traveller Made
• Identify developing and emerging international markets, with a focus on luxury travel
• Enhancing brand awareness in international markets
• Personally undertake international sales calls, leading trade shows and industry events.
• Hosting international celebrities and UHNW guests 

Requirements

Previous experience in a DOS role within a leading, luxury Hotel and Resort market segment

Established prominent key stakeholder contacts and partnerships within the market

Excellent communication skills

Sales/account management and business development skills

Strong leadership skills
