GM / DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - RESTAURANTS, AFRICA!

We have been approached by a well-established client who is setting up a hospitality division to develop restaurant brands across Africa.

Huge opportunity for a driven, dynamic, entrepreneurial, multi-site and multi-brand Senior Restaurant operator to head up the Hospitality / F&B Division.

For this role, we need an individuals who has strong experience in Africa… Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Mozambique etc!

This job role can be based anywhere in Africa, including South Africa, with travel as required.

We need a Senior Exec skilled in the following:

• Mobilizations
• Concept Development
• Operations
• P&L management
• Team building & leadership

Salary package: very negotiable and dependent upon experience
