Such an awesome opportunity for a Fluent Japanese speaker to head up the HR team – must be able to read and write Japanese!

We are looking for an experienced and strong leader who can lead our People & Culture team as well as to look after the company’s employees. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of People & Culture requires to be a leader with creativity and critical thinking skills for processes and project management. As a member of the People & Culture, you will need to be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle conflicting priorities while meeting tight deadlines. You will also have the versatility to answer inquiries mainly on Talent Acquisition and Development.

Minimum Qualifications & Attributes Required for this role:

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources Management.
• Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
• Talent sourcing, recruitment and selection.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
• Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken in Japanese and English.
• Familiar with Human Resources system or Workday is advantage.

Salary package: local package offered - negotiable for the right person
