As Director of Marketing & Communications, we rely on you to:
·Drive innovative marketing and communication strategies, with a strong focus on demand generation, brand experience and PR initiatives which will improve key financial and customer metrics for the hotels and their F&B venues.
·Develop content led communication plan and integrate across key channels to communicate hotel positioning and brand pillars to target audience
·Drive brand activation and ensure the brand experience comes alive through the hotel's messaging and guest experience
·Create integrated tactical & segmental campaign plan focusing on demand generation and high impact activities with proven ROI across all key segments
·Act as guardian and custodian for all internal and external communications
·Oversee hotel social media and develop content strategy to raise awareness of the brand and increase the engagement level.
·Identify partnership opportunities and develop co-partnership events/promotions to enhance hotel and brand awareness
·Develop and successfully execute Marketing & PR strategy to deliver commercial targets and maximize ROI.
·Full budget accountability, ensuring correct allocation and optimization.
·Responsible for managing and implementing marketing campaigns and projects both online and offline at hotel level across local and international markets
·Developing social media and communication plans to build and maintain brand awareness and affinity.
·Drive different marketing & PR initiatives to maximize stakeholders’ satisfaction.
·Lead, coach and develop the Marketing & PR team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring growth in skill as well as successful delivery of projects.
·Analysing departmental performance and reporting to senior stakeholders
·Work closely with Digital Analysts to ensure that all marketing activity is supported with the measurement of results.
·Managing relationships with external PR and social media agencies, ensuring the quality of delivery.
·Accountable for social media channels, ensuring content is on brand and engaging
·Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns
·attendance at relevant hotel events.
·Building relationships with key media in the UAE and ensuring their attendance at relevant hotel events.
We are looking for someone who:
·Preferably a degree holder in Business Management / Media / Communications
·5+ years of Marketing communications and PR experience including supervision on others
·Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written
·Must be accustomed to local cultures and sensitivities
·True brand ambassador
·Event management / organizational skills
·Understanding of consumer trends in the digital sphere
·Creative, innovative, proactive and resourceful
·Passion for lifestyle brand and the travel & hospitality industries
·Ability to analyze data and establish appropriate action plans
