Marketing and Communications Director – Maldives
Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is searching for a Marketing and Communications Director for our client in the Maldives. The perfect candidate will have European experience. You will be responsible for managing the entire PR for the resort, Media Relations and act as custodian.
The position has the primary responsibility of the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand engagement, and sales strategies for the Resort. This includes the implementation and execution of marketing strategies that achieve the goals related to the ideal market mix, brand status, direct sales, advertising, social media, and brand marketing efforts. The goal is to drive revenue in all customer segments. The position is accountable for the implementation of Brand packages and practices, and the successful execution of special events and promotional programs at the hotel.
Salary: USD4000 – USD4500 (Depending on the experience)

Required:
·Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and at least four years of experience in the field of marketing and communications; hospitality marketing experience preferred
·Small Luxury / Boutique / Remote Resort experience / 5 Star / Maldives Experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
·Manage all marketing channels and prepare all marketing communications for the resorts and outlets, including bars and restaurants.
·This includes all creating and managing all collateral assets, maintaining all brand communication guidelines and standards and acting as the voice of the brand.
·Specifically, this position is responsible for managing online media (special offers page, advertising, website content, event marketing), email marketing, and print (advertising, collateral, promotions).
·Create and manage all brand packages and practices for the resort including special events and promotional opportunities to ensure that they are in keeping with the Brand vision, and property goals.
·Maintain detailed marketing calendars for the resort.
