Director of Food and Beverage, Luxury Lifestyle Hotel, Singapore

Salary up to SGD 12,000 per month

We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to be responsible for the F&B department of the hotel.

Things you will be doing as a Director of Food and Beverage:

• Oversee the Food and Beverage department and ensure an efficient and effective operation
• Track and control all F & B Operations
• Review, design, and present improvements for the operations
• Ensure the department heads run effective, efficient, and overall exceptional departments
• Ensure all aspects of the P & L are well managed
• Conduct audit checks on departmental operations
• Ensure that all associates adhere to brand standards
• Develop and grow the F & B reputation of the hotel
• Review and advise on market forces within the local market
• Monitor trends within the industry
• Display an innovative and proactive approach to drive the business strategies
• Conduct exec training for the F & B Management team.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• If you are in a Director of Food & Beverage role within the luxury lifestyle hotel sector
• You will need to have previously worked in Asia
• Pre-Opening Experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Highly adaptable with the ability to lead and direct changes
• Degree from a recognised hospitality / tertiary institution
• Ability to articulate strategic plans
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
