Job Scope
Under the over-all guidance of the General Manager, oversees and directs all aspects of F&B operations. Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the food and beverage operation in accordance with resort standards. Implements and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to the respective team members. Provides support, training, direction, focus, helps team members have continuous success. Develop understanding of food and beverage service processes.
