SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Kagi Maldives Spa Island is looking for enthusiastic team players with great attitude for the position specified, to be responsible in delivering excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the same capacity in hospitality or digital agency specializing in hospitality with skills in basic graphic design, videography and art direction for media
• Develop marketing plans with detailed activities, KPI, campaigns and budget to handle the resorts' social media strategy, including, editorial calendars and content creation
• Create written and creative content in line with the resort concept and ethos
• Analyze market trends, competitor comp sets and guests feedback. Produce relevant reports for the management team and senior directors
• Recommend and establish a brand presence on beneficial social media platforms in line with the social media strategy
• Plan and execute social media competitions/giveaways, campaign measurements and reporting
• Online reputation management
• Preference will be given to candidates who have an demonstrable affinity with wellness and understanding of the operation of a wellness resort
• Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the Resort Management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Must be physically fit and agile to perform duties of the job
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
